Jeff specializes in luxury golf course communities including River Valley Ranch, Aspen Glen, and Ironbridge, where his expertise is rooted in deep local knowledge and long-standing relationships. With more than 350 transactions and over $300 million in sales volume, his track record speaks for itself — but clients remember his approach. From the Classroom to Closings

In 2001, Jeff and his family traded California waves for the mountains of the Roaring Fork Valley. He spent years teaching high school English and coaching football in Souther California and locally at Roaring Fork and Glenwood Springs High Schools before making the leap into real estate in 2006. Those teaching and coaching networks helped him establish himself quickly in both residential and commercial markets — earning "Broker of the Year" honors in his very first full year, 2007.

After a successful run as a solo broker, Jeff founded his own brokerage, RiverStone Real Estate, in 2014. In 2023, he joined eXp Realty | Luxury and built a team of experienced local agents to serve his clients at an even higher level.

Life in the Valley

Jeff and his fiancée, Cailen Hollenback, live in the Ironbridge community of Glenwood Springs, where they enjoy a lively blended family. Jeff is a proud father of two, Jake and Lisa, while Cailen has four children — Cole, Morgan, Connor, and Molly. Together they make the most of valley life: rafting the Roaring Fork and Colorado Rivers, sharing time on the golf course, hitting the slopes, and taking annual beach getaways to San Diego and Kauai.
